Community Homes of Lebanon County, Inc.
was established in 1968 by a group of civic-minded organizations
who believed that affordable senior housing was not only needed but desirable. These organizations became the original shareholders of a not-for-profit 501c (3) corporation which enabled the vision and construction of Willow Terrace Apartments in Lebanon, Pennsylvania
. Growth of the organization continued forward in succeeding years with the development of five additional housing properties and other partnerships providing related services to older adults and disabled.
The following organizations comprise the current shareholders of Community Homes and participate in electing members to the Board of Directors of Community Homes and its affiliated organizations.
